I just installed two of these on my gates for a pool remodel project. Both were very easy to install and to operate. The only frustrating part for me was that I have two different padlocks that I purchased to lock these with and neither fits; they are just Master locks but one is too thick to fit in the small hole and the other is too short to clear the plastic so it can lock. Now I have to buy new locks. I don't recall seeing the size of the lock hole, maybe that could help with planning for future purchasers. Happy otherwise.

Ordered this in June of 2022. Pretty easy to install. It would spin on the gate pole until we tightened it with a drill. When it spun my kids could just push on the gate until it opened. Now, in Feb 2023, my 5 year old shook the gate and the plastic of the latch snapped in half. Warranty is only 30 days.I'm not sure what caused it to snap in half, perhaps a defect or being outside in the sun, I'm in Georgia, USA.

Good product however they really should have nylon locking nuts. Went to Home Depot to purchase my lock nuts come to find out these bolts are all metric which Home Depot does not have a good stock of metric locking nuts. One small improvement would make a tremendous impact on this product. Please try To replace the regular nuts with nylon locking nuts, this will make your product so much better

Exactly the product I was looking for. Easy installation. Fits right on gate door. Easy to use yet child proof. You must push down from the top to unlock which is out of reach for small children.
