I recently tried the Wet & Forget Outdoor Moss, Mold, Mildew, & Algae Stain Remover Multi-Surface Cleaner, Xtrem on my siding, and I'm thrilled with the results. The application couldn't be simpler—just spray it on and you're done. No scrubbing or power washing required!The key with this product is patience. It doesn't deliver instant results, but if you give it some time, you'll start to see the stains fade away. For me, it worked great on my siding over a few weeks. The moss and mildew gradually disappeared, leaving my exterior looking fresh and clean.If you're looking for a hassle-free way to tackle outdoor stains, I highly recommend this cleaner. It's easy to apply, effective, and well worth the wait. Just spray it on, be patient, and let it do the work for you!

This is a great product. Easy to use and effective as described. Just connect to your garden hose and spray walls, fences, driveways and then... wait. Have patience....all good things come to those who wait! It does not work immediately and may take weeks or months to make the change you want. I sprayed 1/2 my concrete drive with W & F and the other half with a mildew/mold bleaching product. The W&F didn't look much different in 24 hours, and the bleach product looked good almost immediately, BUT 4 months later, the W&F was perfectly clean and the other was already darkened with mildew again. So... Spray and Wait. It's worth the time.

If you have dirt, mildew or mold on the siding of your house and don't want to pay somebody to clean it for you, this may be for you. (If the "dirt" is very heavy, you may have to go with a power wash.) Although I have a single story house, one side is extra tall and even with an extending scrub brush, I can't reach all the way to the top of it. Not wanting to pay to have it cleaned by someone else, I decided to try this. I was pleasantly surprised by the results, although it wasn't all instantaneous. This also works well on concrete and bricks.It appears to prevent new mildew and mold from forming for a long time, too. It's been a few years since I last had to clean any of the vinyl siding.One big negative is the design of the shut-off switch on the refillable bottle. When it's dry, it's fine. When it's wet, it's nearly impossible to operate. I fixed that by attaching a hose sprayer with threads onto the sprayer to the bottle. Turn the switch to On and then use the hose sprayer to turn it on and off.

This product really works on my brick walkway and roofing shingles, but it takes several months. When needed, perhaps ever 3 years or so I apply it to my summer seasonal home when ai leave it for the winter. I return to noticeably cleaner areas to which it has been applied. I deduce that the the chemistry designed to work over months rather than quickly is less harsh and damaging to the surfaces to which it is applied.

This product is not fast but it’s almost effortless. Mix proportions of the product with water and spray on the surface. It works really well and keeps working for several months. I have used the product for years and I am still pleased with the results.

Product delivers as promised in regards to mold and mildew removal, from my perspective. However, as noted by a number of other reviewers, nozzle flys off when using for extended applications. Most recently resulted in a significant backwash of Wet & Forget liquid in my face. Fortunately I followed directions and wore eye protection. Would not shock me if we ultimately see a class action law suit against the manufacturer. Contacted said company several weeks past without any response. If Amazon actually reviews the comments they should approach and inquire as to why the "NOZZLE" blows off the sprayer. And, demand corrective action or even a recall of the extended sprayer until a quality replacement is produced. Also, the promised 30' reach is pure malarky, (when it was operative) more like 10-15'. Never known a manufacturer to exaggerate in marketing materials/advertising. "Caveat Emptor"

I had a portion of my house that I just couldn’t get clean with my pressure washer. Sprayed this twice a month apart and it cleaned it completely. It’s easy to use and well worth the money

OkayRead the instructions well.The black spray nozzle is hard to read so make sure that you are spraying a semi white foamy soapy spray otherwise you are just spraying water.I had to use two bottles to cover my roof of a 1500 sq. ft. house in order to insure solid full coverage.Light tan colored roof 8 1/2 years old with a few light stains starting.Roof was replaced in November 2016 after Hurricane Mathew and has the anti-fungal treatment.We live on the southeast coast so high humidity, salt air and just crap in the air.Dirt and discolored water just rolled off the roof.Dark brown and stains almost immediately disappeared, but they were very light.Your results may vary based on the age and condition of the roof and chemical makeup.
