Easy set up
This hitch was used on a Toyota Tundra towing a 23’ Airstream. Set up was easy. Leveling out and adjustments are very simple. Had to purchase the locks separately from the maker. Tho locks on Amazon were too short. Need to lock on to keep it from ‘having legs and walking away.’

It works great
The hitch works as claimed, which is a relief. However, it's much heavier, about 50 pounds more.

This is an outstanding piece of gear!
I’ve had three previous RV’s - all motorhomes - but recently purchased a travel trailer. The most unsettling thing that came with this change was the annoying constant shoving and pulling sensation from the 7000 lbs trailer on my 2017 F150. Then I heard about this hitch. Yes, it’s a bit spendy, but I thought I’d give it a try.Wow. What a difference! I paired it with my E2 weight distribution hitch and the ride was smoothed out enormously! While saying that “you no longer feel it behind you” is a slight exaggeration, it definitively smooths the ride and eliminates 80% of the push-pull, jerking sensation. Definitely worth the money. As a note, I had to pressurize my airbag to 85 psi to get the proper cushioning spacing, but talking to the very helpful customer support folks helped clarify that this pressure was within specs. Great company, great product. Highly recommended! 5 stars.

Love it
Takes 90 % of the bumps out of truck.

I would give more stars if I could.
I never knew the ride quality difference between a 5th wheel and a bumper pull. Until I bought a bumper pull camper. Every bump the camper would make its presence known. With the Shocker hitch probably 90% of that is eliminated. Rides pretty much as good as a 5th wheel does. Best $500 I’ve ever spent.

Outstanding, but warning insight review section.
UPDATE 04/01/2022: BIG ELECTRIC BRAKE PROBLEM SOLVED. Ran into crazy weird electric brake problems on my travel trailer. The brakes would go in and out and blow fuse 84 on my 2020 2500HD. The right tail light became one with being high on LSD. So after spending 150 bucks at Chevrolet stealership for a diagnosis to having the trailer rewired to then have a RV store check out the trailer brakes - IT TOOK MY WIFE to figure it out. That's right, the "WIFE WAS RIGHT", and that comment was a requirement from the wife. So how do you solve this, the Chevrolet pickup get's it's ground from the hitch ball contact with the trailer. Well guess what, this hitch doesn't allow for a constant contact to enable a full time ground to be made. It actually makes sense once the wife brought it up. I contacted the manufacturer of the hitch and they were incredibly patient with me and told me that they did in fact have someone else with the same problem. The solution, run a ground wire directly from the frame of the travel trailer to the hitch itself. This way you have a direct ground from trailer frame to truck frame. I used 8 gauge wire and two quick connects. This way I can disconnect the direct line when I am not using the trailer. This solved the problem. It's not the hitch manufacturer's problem, but they might want to add a disclaimer saying if you have a truck designer that DOESN'T use the ground within the 7 wire properly, then you do need to add a direct ground wire. The lights have never been brighter and the brakes work all the time now not whenever they feel like it - going to be great not having to say a prayer before heading down an 11k decline. No more blown fuses either. Also, side note - I upgraded to the 4 point equalizer hitch. Awesome and works with this hitch.~~ PREVIOUS REVIEW:Outstanding product and very well made. I run 70 pounds of air for my 28 foot open range TT (9k). Truck is 2020 2500hd. Much smoother ride especially over rough roads in Oklahoma and Texas back county roads. Works better than when I added firestone airbags on my 2012 f150. Should have bought sooner. I have a e2 wd, works with it perfectly.
