Good for newbies
All strategies in the book are fine. The book could be summarized in a series of short blog posts… or simply the book could be shorter.It won’t blow your mind as the author claims in the incipit. If you’re new to investing in real estate, you may want to read other books. Otherwise, this book may give you some ideas on how to expand your real estate business, but nothing more.
