I have not seen limescale on any of my dishes since I started using this filter.However, when I bought this product, it said to use it for 2 years.However, after 1 year, the filter stopped working.The water flow from my kitchen tap was very weak.I found the problem with the help of a plumber.The filter was the problem.I contacted the seller.They were willing to do their best to solve my problem.As a result, I got the pleasure of not seeing limescale again and the water flowing out of the tap was very refreshing.I was so grateful to the two people who responded.I am a loyal customer of your products. I love this filter and the fact that it hooks straight to the cold water line under the sink. It’s out of the way and does a great job of providing convenient drinkable water straight from the sink! I used to have water filter tanks in the fridge and after the convenience of this, I wouldn’t go back.The customer service at Waterdrop is also great! Kimberly in customer service was beyond helpful in assisting me when the flow of cold water was decreasing after going through the filter. Now, the cold water flow is high again and I have nice filtered water! Thank you, Kimberly!This product is great and with their amazing customer service, this purchase is very low risk, they will help resolve any issues!

I ordered this water filter system and could not install it fully at first because the hose connector provided did not fit my sink's water outlet. I contacted customer service asking for the correct connector part and Olivia C. from their company got back to me within a day to ask for more details and then sent out the connector part to me and I received it within a week. Olivia also sent me an extra filter set for the troubles. The water filter system has been up and running for a month now without any issues. The water quality definitely improved as I can taste the difference. I hope the filter last as long as advertised. Will update if there are any issues.

When you order on this platform, there's no selection to give you to 2 x female 3/8" to male 1/4" hoses. Either Amazon or the company needs to make a way for you to chose this before adding to cart. It comes standard with 1 x female 3/8" to male 1/4", and 1 x male 3/8" to male 1/4" hoses. You'll either need to get an adapter or buy a new hose.All that being said, I contacted customer service and expressed my concerns. They were vary prompt to resolve the situation for me. I've installed the product now, and I am very very pleased with the results. The water taste great and the install took all of 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

Filter worked great when new..no complaints but completely stopped flowing water after only 7 months. It's only attached to cold water side.We are a family of 2 and we are on city water. I don't feel I should spend $40 every 7 months to keep water flowing.Update, The company's customer service dept. has been excellent in resolving my issue. I would definitely recomend this water filter.

Amazing filter for the price! Immediately noticed the difference after use never used to drink straight tap water due to taste. After installing this no chlorine taste and super fresh. Almost feels weird to drink a glass from the faucet. Installed this them replaced our faucet so everything was brand new 3 years later no hard water build up on the faucet runs like newWater pressure is barely diminished and this filter is sturdy. Filter canisters are easy and fast to swap amd filter the water great. Worth every penny.
