Love it!
I found this in the library and it was so successful that I decided to buy it. Especially love the Bacon Slaw and Pork Fried Rice recipes.

way too may octopus recipes for me keeping but wouldn't recommend
Would not recommend too many Octopus recipes... Would like to see more meat based recipes for common foods... Would have been nice to have the meatball recipe for cover pic

The recipies look delicious, but...
The recipies look absolutely delicious. However, the calories per serving (for most of the dishes) are very high, and the serving sizes are small, so one cannot hope to feel full from one serving. For example, 481 calories for one waffle. And on some recipies it does not say how large a serving is. For example, Cauliflower Fritters... servings=4, calories=560, net carbs=8.4, but is that for the whole batch or per serving? It does not specify. I understand that many keto foods are high in calories, but if you're doing keto to lose weight you still have to have a calorie deficit, just like every other diet. The foods in this book will not help you accomplish that. I am returning the book.
