Financial Accounting Theory and Analysis: Text and Cases 13th Edition

I received the book last week, but just got a chance to take it out of the package now since my class stated this week.The inside of the book looks good, but the covers don't. I still can use it. Just let you know ahead in case some conflicts when I return it. Thanks.

Bought this book new and paid full price, but does not appear to be new. No highlights, but cover and pages show indications of use, especially that stain on the front cover.
