What I loved: The Design: The device is very attractive and easy to use with simple touch buttons. A huge plus is that the outside stays cool to the touch. I had to move mine while it was warm, and it was perfectly safe to handle. The Results: This is the best part. I dipped my feet and one hand, and used the brush for my other hand to test both methods. After about 10–15 minutes, the wax peeled off in one satisfying piece. My feet and hands were extremely soft and smooth immediately after, and they are STILL soft the next morning! Easy Warranty: Setting up the warranty via text was nearly instant and very professional. They even followed up with a confirmation email and a generous offer for review rewards. A few tips for new users: The "Learning Curve": It can be a little messy the first time, but don't worry—the wax cleans up very easily once it sets. Temperature Control: I followed the instructions to melt the wax at 158°F first, then dialed it down. While 120°F was a bit hot for my preference, I found that dropping it just a few more degrees made it perfect. Definitely test a small area first! Overall, this was a lovely purchase. If you’re looking for a high-quality way to get smooth skin at home, I highly recommend this kit!

We purchased this paraffin bath to help with the RA pain in my hands and feet, and honestly, it’s been wonderful. It’s easy to use, smells pleasant, helps ease my pain and stiffness, and cleanup is surprisingly simple. Before buying, I read several reviews mentioning the lavender scent being strong. I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell, but I personally found it mild and not overpowering at all. I do agree with other reviewers that the wax takes a while to melt initially, so plan on about 45-60 minutes to melt completely if wax is solid. I mostly leave mine on continuously for convenience. That may shorten the lifespan eventually, but for me the ease of use is worth it. A few helpful tips for new users: • The instructions said 4-5 wax packages would be enough, but I needed 6 just to reach the minimum fill line. It took about 8½ packages to reach the maximum fill line, so I definitely recommend ordering extra wax upfront. • Break the wax into smaller pieces before adding it to help it melt faster. • Keep the bath on a mat or protective surface because wax flakes, splashes, and drips do happen. • The wax seems to melt around 130°F/44°C, so if the lid is off and the temperature drops slightly, a thin skin can form on top of the wax. • Be careful replacing the lid. The lip it rests on is fairly narrow, and it can slide off and fall into the wax if you’re not paying attention. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again for pain relief and comfort.

Great product and great customer service! Ordered the KARITE Parafin wax machine and was so excited when it arrived. Read the directions and plugged it in to use that very evening. Our machine turned on but did not heat properly so I called the customer service number - was answered immediately; explained the situation; advised to text my contact number to the number I called. I did as instructed and the next day received a message that another unit was being shipped to us. Arrived in 2 days and it works great! I contacted the company again about mailing the first unit back and was advised to dispose of it. Great service from KARITE! Would buy from this company again.

Product works as it is described. We like it at 123 degrees for dipping our hands. Feels great and loosens up stiff joints. We are hoping that the effects will help long term.

The paraffin wax machine works well and feels like a good quality product. It’s easy to use and does the job nicely for hand and foot care. It does take a bit longer than expected to fully warm up, so I would recommend turning it on ahead of time. Other than that, everything functions as expected and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

We used our original (different brand) hand paraffin dip a lot and it died on us. We needed a replacement and found this one! It came really fast and it was more than we expected. We LOVE the temp control ability. It’s easy to use, wax smells great. It even is big enough to do your feet. We are so happy with this product. It even has a warranty.

I would like to give a review on my Karite Paraffin wax machine. I received for my birthday. I have used this at least once a week. It is so amazing. My skin feels so soft. I talked my nephew into soaking his feet in the wax and we had a lot of fun and and it’s very relaxing. I will attach pictures of him and I definitely am going to need more patron wax because he is over 6 feet tall. He took up a lot of wax with his feet. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is my second purchase of a Karite Wax bath. I bought one for my daughter who is a massage therapist, and she raved about it.I decided to buy myself one as well, and can confirm it really helps soothe and soften my hands. I especially like the spatula and brush as they are helpful in applying the wax. This machine really is a spa experience at home. I had a problem registering my machine warranty but their consumer assistance did it within a few a hours and sent me all the confirmation I needed.

This unit is exactly what I was looking for after having surgery on my hand. It provides the right amount of heat to help with my healing. The lavender scented wax is soothing and it comes off easily. The plastic gloves and thermal mitt help to keep the warmth in. Great product!

I was surprised how much I have enjoyed using this machine. My physiotherapist recommended it for arthritic joints, and it has been amazing! I didn't think I would like the lavender scent of the wax, but it isn't overwhelming, and my skin feels so soft afterward. Great product!
