Q: Are these dishwasher safe?

I do not know.I have not used them for that.but they have different types so maybe they fit anything.

Q: Can you use these brushes on acrylic tubs?

yes, but pad would be the best one to use, it doesn't hold up well though.

Q: Are these nylon bristles?

Yes. This brush is good for light to medium use. We use them for scrubbing feed bowls at our barn. They do have a 2 year lifetime before the bristles bend

Q: Does the product contain harmful substances?

These are brushes and to my knowledge they do not contain harmful substances. I love these brushes!
