Can someone please tell me how I descale this model? It’s not on their website and the instruction manual is pretty poor.

To descale turn dial right up up to XL then turn it four more times till the orange descale light starts flashing Mix descale solution with 0.5l of water into empty tank then just push the button as you would making a coffee. After that’s done rinse the machine through by cleaning water tank and running a tank of fresh water through it as you would when you first got it new Orange light should go off after completing the procedure

About genio s touch. i don't feel the difference between low heat setting and high. water feels as made at high setting always. bad coffee machine?

I've had a few off these coffee machine's but this one is by far the best always hot coffee easy to clean.. I just love it
