Only complaint was on initial delivery, setup on date we requested and given timeframe of between 11:00 and 8:00. We live approx two hours away, left at 8:30 AM, around 8:45 get message that the delivery time would be between 5:30 and 8:00. So, we turn around and go home. Leave at 3:00. At 4:35 get a phone call from delivery people asking if we are at the delivery location, I said no - we are 25 minutes away and that the time we were told was between 5:30 and 8:00. Hangs up phone, arrive and then at 5:15 get message from Amazon saying delivery cancelled due to nobody there to accept it??? Texted delivery driver multiple times with no response.. UGH! Fast forward, delivery set for Monday 05/04/26. Excellent service, no complaints that they had to take the range up three flights of stairs, were very polite! EXCELLENT! Oven is very nice, fingers crossed do not have any issues.

First, I get the oven and set it up and install it and it’s beautiful, it fits perfectly I. The spot designated for it. I turn the stove on and all of the top parts work, the broiler works but the bottom Element never came on. I called over and over for a refund or an exchange and I got the run around. Finally I talked with the people who covers the warranty and they say they will come and fix it, however it took them 3 weeks to get there. When they get there they don’t have the part. Now I wait 3 more weeks just for them to call and say they have ordered the part but they are waiting for it to come in. I BEG for a refund again I got all kinds of excuses. So I wait and they show up with 2 different parts and they work on it only to leave an hour later saying that it needs another part. There was nothing that I could do at this point I was Hopeless and Helpless, Amazon would not issue me a refund and the company NEVER fixed the oven. They had me waiting Months for parts that didn’t even work. So as sad as it may sound I still had hope when they called one last time and said they ordered another part, that was in May and I have not heard from them since. So I am out of $600 that I could have saved and gotten another oven. I would advise strongly against this product. And I wish Amazon would have done me better because I have been a loyal customer for years

I needed this stove quickly and it did arrive quickly. The top of the stove was damaged (paint was scraped off) that was clearly from the shipping process. I contacted the mfr as all I wanted was some factory touch-up paint since the stove worked perfectly. The mfr referred me to Amazon who gave me a credit which was more than what the touch-up paint will cost. Then I got another message from the mfr that they want to send me a new replacement cooktop panel which I thought was more than generous. Even though the stove arrived damaged, it wasn't the fault of the mfr or Amazon. The stove itself is wonderful, and I'm happy with how the mfr and Amazon handled the situation.

The oven stopped working after one week of used it took the company almost 1 month to come back and fix the problem. I will never buy a stove from this company, and they refused to change the stove or to give me back my money.

My item was sent on the right side - they offered a discount.

We installed and turned it on. It works! It was missing what we call a pigtail, but I'm not really sure if was supposed to be included. That's the only thing we had to buy.

The box it was delivered in was not in good shape. The Bottom back corner was very Badly squashed and dented. We were able to finally get it leveled and the stove appears to work as it should but it looks ugly. Decided not to return it wouldnot be worth the aggregations.if how it looks is a deal breaker for you I suggest you unpack it before the Amazon delivery van leaves.

Absolute garbage stay away this product was purchased new and the tenant has been unable to use it. Zero support for the company except for asking for a bunch of pictures even tho I have the receipt and have sent multiple pictures including the serial number. They send out a service company and now they are making it difficult for him to repair it so he's given up. Amazon should remove this from their website absolute garbage Do Not Buy
