I’ve been looking for a lightweight oil that doesn't weigh my hair down, and this is it. Because it's 100% organic and pure, it feels incredibly clean. The NOW Foods sweet almond oil is a good value. The quality has remained consistent over the years that we've been buying this almond oil. It's relatively inexpensive, feels great - not greasy and makes my skin feel great. I am very sensitive to added fragrances and artificial ingredients. I never have to worry about NOW products.

Works for my hair that hates anything heavy like coconut oil. A little bit helps my frizzy thick Mexican hair calm down. For reference my hair takes forever to dry so if you have that type of hair type it may help you! It also doesn’t make your hair look super oily as some oils do. Only thing is that my bottle leaks out if I don’t have it upright which makes it hard for travel. I have to put it in a plastic bag so it doesn’t ruin anything else.

PLEASE INFORM YOURSELF. Okay, so I hesitated buying this because of some of the negative reviews I saw about it being thick, not smelling like almonds or even feeling like cooking oil. So being the paranoid and indecisive person (who also suffers from buyers remorse, so sue me) I am I decided to investigate, and this is what I learned; There are two DIFFERENT types of almond oil, sweet almond oil and bitter almond oil. Bitter almond oil is darker, smells more like almonds, and is considered an essential oil. Sweet almond oil is a fixed oil, which is why it feels well- oily! Sweet almond oil will not smell like almonds, even though it comes from the tree that produces the types of almonds that we eat so ravenously. Also, sweet almond oil is considered an ALL PURPOSE face moisturizer (kind of similar to coconut oil where you can cook with it but also put it in your hair, but it doesn't smell like coconuts-thank goodness). Where as bitter almond oil is not a fixed oil but rather an essential oil (repeating myself for clarity) and it isn't used in any way for skin care! It doesn't even have any aromatherapy benefits! It simply smells good, and therefore it goes into things like almond soaps, lotion bars, and lip balms. People just assume that the darker sweeter smelling almond oil therefore has the benefits that sweet almond oil has. So- for those people questioning themselves buying this and thinking, "I don't want to rub veggie oil on my face! Plus it won't smell like anything!" please, calm down, take a deep breath and buy this. Seriously, do what I say and buy it right now. I use this in my body scrubs all the time, and when I say this I mean this specific brand! It's awesome! Put it on your face, your hair, your feet, your dog (not your dog), your hands, your chicken, everywhere. Because this oil is pure magic, and now that you know the difference between sweet almond oil and bitter almond oil you can now be an informed buyer. Almond oil has a light texture and is quickly absorbed without leaving a greasy feeling. I use it to moisturize the skin and also for the hair, and in both cases it works very well. The aroma is soft and pleasant. Excellent quality for its size and price.

Ya lo había comprado antes en una tienda física, es de excelente calidad, lo uso junto con el de aceite de semilla de uva para desmaquillarme en la noche y funciona muy bien para mi piel, no me irrita en lo absoluto.

This oil is terrific on my skin.. TERRIFIC❣️ First of all, I’ve gotta say how very cost-effective this oil is! The price is incredibly reasonable👌unlike many other beauty products! And it’s SUCH a good product❣️❤️👌 I use it on my face and on my body and I find it sinks beautifully into the skin after about 10 minutes, so you don’t look overly shiny, but your skin does LOOK and FEEL replenished👌 I very specifically bought “NOW” Almond Oil because I have very sensitive skin and because my skin is very fine and I do find that this moisturiser absorbs very well into the skin.. Indeed, I have a tendency to have dry skin on my legs and arms - as I am a bit older now - and this really gets rid of that ‘dry skin look’ in no time at all! I use it mornings AND nights and bought it because it was UNscented so that I can add a little bit of Rose Otto essential oil for the day time, and for the evenings I have added lavender to it, so that relaxes me while I’m sleeping. I honestly can’t imagine buying any other oil after ”NOW” Almond Oil because it’s exceptionally reasonably priced, it does a perfect job and I can add my oils to it, if I wish.. My recommendation is look no further!!.. here was a perfect oil
