If you're looking for a healthy, low-carb lasagna alternative, Palmini Lasagna Sheets are an excellent option. Can a person love a pasta? If yes, then I am that person and this is that pasta. I have done red sauce with veg and stir fry with peanut and soy sauce. Each has been an incredible dish. I don't do anything besides run the noodles in cold water a couple times. Then, they go in the pan and in a few minutes, I have the most incredible meal. If Palmini ever goes out of business, I'm going to cry. An excellent substitute for regular pasta.

The only thing is you have to boil them longer if you want to get that texture of the noodles. It satisfies the craving for noodles.

I was afraid these would have a bit of a sour flavor but I rinsed them VERY well repeatedly and then added them to the sauce I had made. We really liked them! Yes, they’re different and not the consistency of pasta but when you’re cutting carbs these are very versatile and handy! Super easy to use. No need to even cook them, just dump them into a colander, rinse A LOT, and then use them as you would pasta

They do NOT bake like pasta...lower your expectations. It made my lasagna a soupy mess.

Package came overnight in good condition, about a 3 year expiration date on the product. I'm an incredibly picky eater that needs to lose weight and the lasagna tasted amazing with the palmini. I boiled mine for 7-10 minutes, then layered and cooked my lasagna for about an hour on 375F. The palmini was like an al dente texture. Also fooled my whole family.

These are terrible!! The texture is rubbery, not a substitute for pasta..

Exactly as described. I have used these sheets to make tomato pesto lasagna. Took it to a group lunch. They almost licked my pan clean. None of them knew it was not made with regular lasagna sheets. I love to make a dish healthier and no one knows.
