even though there are no directions this items is super easy to use. I found it very sharp and could puncture through multiple layers with out a problem. GREAT VALUE

Nice tool
The tool cuts great but the rivets not so much whenever you snap them together they do not stay!!! I highly recommend the tool but not the rivets
