Product works! I came home from our Hawaii vacation and had been barefoot and in my slides most the time so messed up my feet. Pros/Cons: I rarely get Athletes Foot but this product knocks it out in just a few days provided I have it on hand when I first become aware of it. That itchy red and yucky cracking of skin between my two smallest toes becomes super irritating in a matter of hours unless I apply this immediately. Happily, the cream is easy to apply (I use a Q-tip to apply it to avoid further spreading) and immediately feel it go to work. No scent, feels smooth and moisturizing and relieves the burning and itching for several hours. I use an alcohol pad to clean the area, allow it to air dry, and then reapply the Lotrimin Ultra again as needed. Recommended dosage is 1x morning and night. I found that it worked better for me to apply it 3x every 24 hours as the burning/itching would wake me up in the middle of the night. This is the 3rd day of treatment and I can tell it's almost healed. I avoid wearing shoes so the air can get to my toes. Changing socks 2x a day also helps when I have to leave my home to empty the trash or take care of outside chores. I am now able to apply this 2x a day instead of 3x. I will continue to use it for a full week to ensure it doesn't come back. I will update my 4 star review in another week to 5 stars once I see that it has fully worked as described. Con: Value for my money is based on whether it works as described so yes, it's expensive for such a tiny tube of cream. A little goes a long, long way though! Beats suffering and avoids paying for a doctor visit though so I will keep purchasing it as needed. Recommended!

I have been having rash on my foot for more than 2 months and the cream prescribed by the doctor didn't seem to help. After reading the good reviews about this product, I have decided to give it a try. It's Effective! The rash improved a lot after a week!
