How do I program to android box A95X?

I did not have to program it to my box. i just pointed the remote at my box and it sync’d automatically

I am looking for a replacement remote that works with model a5x pro. does this work?

My box was the 4x pro and the only function that worked was the volume. Was totally disappointed.

I bought this and it doesn't work with my mars tv box. do you sell a remote that does?

I never heard of Mars TV Box , can you please provide a phone or model of the actual box from the Planet
