These are closer to 14”. Wish I would’ve checked before running all the wire through them. Going to have to change them this winter.

The bars fit perfect on my bike and look great

Haven't installed them yet because I'm still waiting for new cables and wires, but from a viewing standpoint, they're super clean. No bubblegum welds, amazing craftsmanship, nothing half assed. The paint is even and smooth. It does seem kind of rough inside of the tubes, but not so bad that you're going to ruin anything when you're feeding your lines. All in all I'm happy with my purchase.For anyone worried about what size they need for a comfortable ride, I'm 5'10, and on my 00' Road King I currently have 12in bars and my hands/arms sit probably about 2 or 3 inches below my shoulder. Switching to 16s and with my bars resting on the clamp, I'd say my hands and arms are maybe about an inch or 2 if even that much above my shoulders. I'm really looking forward to getting these installed.Will update with pictures once the job is done.
