To start, the SCUF Prestige Xbox controller comes in cool colors like the Blue one we got here at Amazon. The controller arrives packaged in a nice black box with a lid.Play time! The controller is easy to set up and customize. Of course, we love that it is wireless (you can use it wired, too.) The controller itself is lightweight and has an ergonomic design so it's comfortable to hold.We noticed and appreciate the non-slip rubberized grip. It makes a difference in a good way when it comes to having a good grip on the controller.Rechargeable Battery: Lasts a long time. 30 hours of play time. Plus, you can still play it while it is plugged in for recharging. It is SO nice to be free from having to buy AA batteries for our Xbox controllers.All the triggers and buttons are very quick to respond.Overall, the best Xbox controller we have ever used. We would definitely buy it again. Very happy with our purchase!

Scuf is a company that clearly cares more about the presentation of the product than the execution. I purchased my controller in April and was extremely excited for the high-end controller. Everything that followed at the 3-month point of owning my controller has been frustrating to say the least.I play Xbox fairly frequently around 3-4 times a week for 2-3 hours so probably right in the middle of the usage range, so I was incredibly surprised when my $200 control began experiencing issues that standard Xbox controllers have never given me. Stick drift is a known issue with all controllers but to have it happen so quickly was incredibly disappointing. My controller experienced this stick drift issue on both the left and right thumb-sticks. To remedy this, I followed the methods listed on Scuf's website (use compressed air & open up dead zones) but to no avail. As I enjoyed the controller still and didn't think it warranted a return, I kept using the controller for another week when random disconnects began occurring. If you have played a shooter online there is nothing more frustrating than having a controller disconnect for seemingly no reason.These disconnects and the stick drift were enough for me to reach out to Scuf as per the documents in the box my warranty was for 6 months which as I write this review would still be on going. I tried to raise the issue through their warranty/customer service portal but have been given the run around till I was told my controller was not under warranty. This is clearly untrue as 6 months from April would be October but the automated system disagrees. Since contesting this information and asking for a repair or refund it has been radio silence for a week which I assume means no one is looking into this.I am only writing this review to warn others that if you do get a faulty product you are likely stuck with it so make sure to do your research properly. I would not recommend Scuf to anyone looking for a high-end controller option.

This controller is awesome. The customization options are sweet, and the many different ways to remap buttons help elevate my gameplay. The paddles on the back are the best because I never have to take my thumbs off the thumbsticks. The trigger stops give me the extra edge on top of the extra edge the paddles already gave me lol. controller is beautiful, lightweight and definitely going to be an everyday use in my gaming adventures. The controller itself feels great, but I have to keep remapping the controls to the paddles. They only stay a few days and then the paddles stop working. On top of that, the y button is unresponsive about 30% of the time. Finally, I'm already seeing minor stick drift and I just bought the controller. Quality does not match the price. Would not recommend.

UPDATE: Lowered to 2 stars. Received the replacement about 3 weeks ago. Now the left trigger intermittently doesn't work and one of the paddles underneath is not responding correctly. I've gone through all the troubleshooting recommendations and no luck in resolution. I'm outright returning this for a refund. Could be a great product, but the quality issues are overwhelming.ORIGINAL POST: Purchased a little over 3 weeks ago. The concept is great, even for average gamers like me. Easy to assign buttons and change out the parts; and the grip on the bottom is super comfortable! I game a few hours per day, usually in the evenings once the kids are settled down. I play Warzone, Destiny 2, and sports games like Madden. I'm not hard on my controller, and I take extra care of it (because this thing is expensive). That said, I'm already having issues with the 'A' button sticking and the left control stick getting stuck when I pull it down towards the right corner. Luckily I'm still in the exchange window, and I've already sent it back for another. The issue is I shouldn't honestly be doing that 3&1/2 weeks into a new $200 controller. It doesn't bode well that this will last long. Buyer beware. Great concept, user friendly, comfortable, doesn't feel cheap; but the overall long term quality of the controllers appears to be subpar.
