Are these just as good as the more expensive noctuas?

Other than the color, there are two major differences between the NF-A14 PWM and the less expensive NF-P14S PWM Redux (this model):1. The Redux model uses the older SSO bearing, while the NF-A14S uses the more advanced SSO2 bearing. In my experience, sound produced by the SSO2 bearing is slightly smoother, but you are unlikely to notice the difference in day to day use.2. The Redux models do not include the accessories you get with the NF-A14S, which include the rubber dampers at the fan corners, the rubber pull-through mounting screws, the PWM extender cable, the PWM splitter cable, and the speed reducer cable.

How many fans in each package? Do I need to buy a cable or they included?

The power cable is attached to the fan and it also comes with mounting screws. The only thing you may want to have is an extension cable if your power connection is a long way from the fan mount. Hope that helps.

so this is a 140mm fan that fits in a 120mm hole? is it good for static pressure like pushing through hdd cages and radiators?(i know it says so but..

Yes this fan measures overall like a 140mm but because it is round frame it mounts on a 120mm fan mount. Just need to make sure you have clearance on all sides for the fan. Very good option for CPU coolers and front case fans on cases that have the clearance for it. Static pressure rating is 1,91 mm H₂O.
