I have been using this product for about 6 weeks. It is working wonders for my nails and hair. I have deep vertical ridges in my nails, making them brittle. My nails have been improving quite a bit, the ridges are smoothing out. My hair feels and looks thicker also. I have fine hair. I'm on my second bottle and will be making this a monthly purchase.

Seems to work.
These seem to be working. As my stomach dislikes the powders more I am switching to more capsules. I used to take one, now I'm up to the recommended 3. These keep my fingernails strong so I think they are doing what they are supposed to do.... I'm not a doctor.
