works really well with my powder coat lupit pole!! learning at home and it is sooo grippy. its nice too because it isnt a tacky sticky type of grip. I do have sweaty hands and live in a colder climate and it works amazing for me and on my pole. got my first actual spin trick down with it. wayyy better than using alcohol to clean it between tricks.

I don’t like that it’s super tiny which I read in the reviews before purchasing but didn’t think it was that small. Other than that Great product it does help a lot with firmness in the pole. Helped a lot with my grip and to pull myself up. When you first apply to hands it has a sticky wet feeling so I had to clap a few times and wait like 10 seconds to let it dry, it does get really sticky afterwards so It does work. Smells like glue, comes off nice and easy after washing hands

The media could not be loaded. I am a new to pole fitness and got this product due to the reviews. I suffer from clammy/sweaty hands while doing pole, so I was looking for something to combat this issue. I applied a small amount before class to my palms, inner thighs, feet, and the inside of my arms. It worked extremely well keeping my body glued to the pole with minimal strength needed to pull myself up, however the product on my hands kept getting smeared all over the pole and I had to keep frequently sanitizing because I could not grip it. I eventually had to wash my hands completely of the product and only reapplied to my body. Unsure if I used a tad bit too much on my hands but I will definitely continue to use on my body !!!

It did work for grip in the first 5mins, (pole dancer here). But it leaves a sticky residue, which is super hard to get off the pole, transfers to clothes, and when my palms sweat it gets slippery and makes grip harder. Would not purchase again. I got a different chalk based one that smells like peach instead.

I don't like to use too much grip because I don't want to feel like I'm relying on it. However, I have pretty oily skin and will slide off the pole without a little grip. This is the only grip that works for me! I put a little on places such as the inner thighs, shins back of the knee, etc. areas that come into contact with the pole often and of course my hands. I love that it only has a few ingredients. I will say sometimes it takes a while to wash off, but other than that, it's great!

300 lbs on the pole and it kept me gripped.
