Delicious! I used ground turkey instead of ground beef! They turned out wonderfully. I actually rolled the meat into 10 balls instead of 15 to make them slightly larger. Please be aware that the instructions are in German. I lived in Germany for several years so was able to translate most of the instructions. I did find a website that had the instructions in English and used those when needed. I served the Swedish meatballs with homemade spaetzle (german dumplings) and it was fantastic.

I love swedish meatballs
After moving to the extreme south of Texas from North Texas I found I could no longer find this mix. I'm glad I could find this on Amazon.

The only thing I don't like is how hard these are to find LoL They're Delicious!! A great starter if you want to add to it or use as is.. a little different than your standard cream based sauce...

A hit!
I doctored up the meatballs, used sour cream instead of cream, and the crowd went wild! I did have to look up the directions in English online, but not complaining.
