Q: Has anyone used this on a domestic flight with Delta? Will it fit in the overhead?

I used it on Southwest and it fit with plenty of room to spare so it should fit on Delta

Q: What is the weight of each???? This info should be on the description!

I ordered the 18". It is actually 20" including the wheels. The weight is 6.3 pounds.

Q: Do they sell replacement wheels? I know from past luggage that they are the first to go and I'm tired of buying new luggage, just because of wheels.

This isn't an answer - but I agree about the wheels. That's exactly why I'm looking for a replacement for my carry-on. One flat tire which thumps all the way from the counter to the gate.

Q: Does it have zipper expander?

I wouldn't call it expanding. It is maybe ½ inch at one end. It's pathetic. They should have saved the effort and zipper. It's useless!
