JobSite Boot Toe Guards

Love these. This is the third pair I've bought for a third pair of boots. Every one has outlasted the boots and not l kept the toes perfect looking. They come with everything you need to install them. I would suggest using painters tape on the boot, trace the shape, cut it out with a razor, spread the glue on the boot and the toe guard, remove the tape and put the toe guard on. You only get one shot so make sure it's straight. Works every time.

I'm always on my knees in the dirt and the tops of my boots wear faster than the soles. Not any more as these actually work as advertised. Installation was a little challenging, but that glue has been holding well, no issues and saving the tops of my boots. No wear on top at all now. My guess is these are not for narrow toed boots or for boots that are very flexible. The toe guard wants to hold it's shape so to get them to stick to narrow boots would be challenging. They have been working well with my size 9 Wolverine boots.

If you wear steel toe composite toe work boots you need something like this to protect the leather over the rigid cup in the toe. I've used these for years, and they work amazingly well. The material is incredibly tough, and the glue is perfect. I would recommend putting these on brand new boots for the optimum adhesion and protection, but you can use rough sandpaper to clean the area the toe guard will go over on used boots, and that works well too. And added benefit with these boots is that the toe guard gives you some traction for getting back up from a kneeling position. I can rise to my feet from the deck of a boat with an armload of tools, pretty impressive for a 65-year-old! The price on these has gone up over the past couple of years, but the value for price on them is still amazing. I have been out of work for 3 months with a shoulder replacement, and I will probably celebrate my return by buying a couple dozen sets of these and passing them out to my crew. Stellar product.

I bought these for my daughter's shoes (size 6 toddler). She has a gross motor delay and prefers walking on her high knees, dragging her toes as she goes. This was causing holes in her toes after just two weeks of wear. I added these to her shoes and it was absolutely a perfect solution. The included rubber glue works very well and the toe guards stay in place. The are very slowly wearing down as my daughter constantly drags her feet on the floor, but these are extending the life of her shoes which is such a savior. Well worth the cost. I would highly recommend to anyone who might be in a similar situation and needs to add some durability to the toe of their kid's shoes.

They work. Just not for long. Im a professional flooring installer. I put them on approx 6 months ago and their flat and wearing out now. All the way down to the boot. The adhesive not so good. I used my own adhesive. Gunna have to replace them soon.

Looks bad and offers no added benefits. Looks worse than the scratches and scuffs that it covers up. Material is thin and does nothing to add extra protection (which was not promised but then what's the point of these?). Maybe they would look better on black boots, or if the adhesive actually held better (but it doesn't). Will need to apply superglue on the edges/corners since those pop up. Since they're somewhat on my boots now, I can't really return them.

My husband keeps these on hand. His work boots are over $200 and of course the first thing to go is the toes. These are one size fits all boots (our boys use these now too). It adds many more months of life to his boots. He is in construction so he hard on them. They work well and last a long time. We do often replace these as needed. Its so much cheaper than new boots. Easy to use. Yes, maybe not "sexy" but oh so practical and functional.

These will save your shoes just make sure you clean the bonding surface well-easy to put on-hooroo

Really nice stuff, I was damaging my shoe tip all the time, I like working with DrMarten shoes, installation was easy and it is coming with everything needed to install them. No guessing. Professional result, seems to be installed by the shoemaker. Will buy again
