It works!!!
Dermatologist recommended this and MaryRuths Peach/Mango for my friend’s hair loss. Her hair growth was down right amazing. Before that I tried everything. She said to give it 3 months before there would be obvious signs of improvement and to not freak out because there is a shedding phase within that 3 months. I have been on it for around 4 months and am astounded at the results. I can’t wait to see what my hair looks like in the future. Another side effect is that my nails have gotten really long since using these products.

Excellent Hair Supplement
I have been taking Nature City’s trueHNS Hair, Skin and Nails dietary supplements for about two months. I have already noticed that my hair loss since my surgery about five months ago has already slowed way down. My hairdresser, also, noticed that I had some new hair growth which I was thrilled to hear. I will definitely continue taking these supplements which I attribute to helping stop my hair loss & contributing to my new hair growth. Excellent product!

Works for thinning hair
It works! Had very thin hair that was continuing to fall out. Use these as directed and my hair is thicker and growing like crazy. Even my hairdresser noticed.

The true HNS pills for hair growth I’ve been taken for probably over a year now. And I thought they helped it first. But I’m not so sure now. My dermatologist had recommended this to be a good supplement.

great for nails
Because of my thyroid issues, I have nail problems. I have tried regular biotin supplements but they did not help my nails at all. I then started taking BioSil, which contains orthosilicic acid, a form of silicon, & it helped but still was not enough. So I added this True HNS product and after about 3-4 months for it to saturate my system, then my nails began showing a big improvement. They weren’t as soft as they used to be & I had lots less troubles with peeling & tearing. With my medical issues, I will always have nail issues to some extent, but for me, this product is definitely worth taking!
