The mounting right up fit just like it was supposed to I have had it on my 1.8t vw beetle for almost a month I am running it at 6psi on low side 10 psi on high side does all it sails it will do I’ll be posting again about the longevity because believe me when I say I give it all she has all the time if it can break I’llBreak it and then figured out what went wrongwould recommend to all my friends and family by the way this is the second turbo I have bought from them the other just didn’t go on my beetleand it to is still running strong love them and at an affordable priceOk so update it’s been several months running this turbo on a 1.8t and it has performed flawlessly I have found my new turbos I’ll buy nothing else this has proven the company to me love it

The turbo did not line up I had to do a few mods to make it fit, I did a tune and the turbo did not boost!

Worked great fit great would buy again

Installed easy using online videos and forums. I've been driving with it for almost 1000 miles with no issues. Builds the correct boost. I originally bought a remanufactured K03 that burned oil and fell apart. This was much better for a third the price.

Turbo came into the mail, packaging was great l. However, when opening and inspecting the turbo, looks to be no shaft play, but there’s lots of scrapes and nicks where the turbo bolts to the down pipe and manifold... it also was missing the gaskets. Turbo seems sturdy hopefully. Will post another review when it’s on the car.

Turbo fit well and works pretty good. Few key points, if you already have any kind of tune that isn't k04 specific this turbo will make it boost cut and lean out bad. Also, if you are using your stock intercooler piping you will need to make it work, it does not just fit right up.3 month update. I've been chasing this issue where the car smokes on decelaration and idle. I was told that my valve stem seals were bad because it couldnt be the new turbo...WRONG. the turbo seals failed on both sides. If you're in need of a turbo fast, sure this will work, but its not a permanent fix.

Great price for a replacement turbo. Slight hiccup with ups, but maxpeedingrods sorted it right out.

The turbo didn't last 150 miles. The oil seals blew, started smoking and pushing oil into the boost piping. I'm not complaining, I knew I was buying a cheap turbo, just wanted to give a honest review.
