Nice for my two love birds.
This product was very easy to put together for my husband. He’s pretty handy and was able to do it in about 40 min. The cage is beautiful and nice and big for the price. We did listen to other reviews and put the wheels on once we established which was the bottom. The product did have a strong smell when fresh out of the box but after about an hour it was fine. I’m probably gonna take out the ladder at the bottom because we move our birds inside at night and out side during the day. Plus they don’t really need it. All in all for the price this cage is beautiful and big for my two love birds.

Well packed, clear instructions, birds love it
I have rescue doves, and when I moved, I couldn't take their greenhouse home with me. I needed something nice looking and safe from predators. This aviary has welded wire, which is vital (please, don't ever use "chicken" wire, a dangerous misnomer), and it is well proportioned for a few birds. I was worried that I would have trouble putting it together, but I did it by myself in a couple hours. The instructions were very clear and the product was very well packed. Nevertheless, there were a few dings, as the wood is indeed soft. One tip: there is no reason to wait until the very end to attach the wheels. Put them on halfway, when you can still tip the cage on its side. I recommend this to anyone who wants a good looking cage for their small to medium size birds.

A good product, but the assembly................
I bought this to modify as an eating station for small birds outside. It's a perfect size, and will be easy to set up for them (I got the idea from a FB group I belong to). The product is sturdy enough, and will fit in the space I have.Pros: the instructions are surprisingly well done. The illustrations are pretty clear, and the worded instructions are easy to follow. The parts are LABELED. Each piece has the corresponding letter stamped on it so there's no confusion. The hardware is LABELED. Each screw is in a separate packet with the corresponding letter on it. I've never seen that before; it made finding the correct screws easy.Cons: some of the wood was split; I had to glue a few things before assembly. The box I so carefully put together split totally at the screw points, and I had to scrap it.Many of the parts had no pre-drilled holes. This made assembly a challenge, as I had to hold things in place and drill pilot holes at the same time. I'm good with a power drill, but am also a smaller woman, so it was tricky. The screws that were destined to hold the casters on were not the right size; they were too small and slipped through the holes. But all in all, this was a good purchase. In spite of the assembly challenge (they estimated 45 minutes; it took me 3 hours) I am pleased with it. I can't wait to set it up for my avian friends. I do recommend that this either be a two person job, or a job for someone who is good with tools and improvisation when needed.

Great cage
For $160 this is well worth the money. I put my 6 parakeets inside this cage thinking they may not have enough room. Well I think I may go get a few more birds because this cage is huge. Pros.Cleaning traySizeTwo huge swingopen doors.ConsWood quality could be a little better. I had to reposition two screws while building because the wood cracked.

Birds Are EATING Cage
I am not often one to leave bad reviews but I am honestly disappointed in this product. I was convinced to buy this product because I had seen a video of it with parakeets and I was looking for a new cage for mine so because of the video I felt confident that it would be good for my birds. It was easy enough to set up and I got my birds in. The next day, I noticed that the birds had begun to eat the cage! The hinges and roof are made of wood so the parakeets had begun to chew on it. I would be fine with this if it was just the inserts that they were chewing. Those can be replaced. But I am now concerned that they will chew through the cage and escape. This is honestly just poor cage design. There should have been some wire or something else covering the wood from the inside of the cage to prevent the birds from chewing through. This is made worse because I had bought three cages, one for my parakeets, one for lovebirds, and one for finches. Although the lovebirds took longer to start, they have also begun to eat away at the cage. The only birds that haven't started eating the cage are the finches. Although these cages are beautiful, they are not functional. In addition to this, the locks on the doors are not very sturdy. I accidently hit one of the locks that was closed and the door flew open. I have now ducktaped the locks shut while I wait for new hinges to come in.

HOW TO CLEAN?
Great cage. We have a pigeon that showed up and keeps comming back so she fits nice in here. We took the ladder and perches out and and purchased pigeon perches. Not sure how to clean the wood from bird crap without taking off any paint. All the parts came and it took us an hour to assemble. We have it on our deck. Love it for the price!
