Tweezerman Black Nail Buff (2 Pack)

Tweezerman used to have a 3-sided item with 2 different filing or buffing pads on each side, and I wish they'd bring it back - small, easy to stash in a bag or briefcase, and long-lasting. My last one is ready to retire, and these are a good choice. They work well and come in a plastic sleeve; I leave it on and stash one in my handbag or travel bag so it doesn't get all scuffed up. Even so, if the folks at Tweezerman are reading this, please bring back the 3-sided file and buffer.

I've used other buffer blocks in the past and had kind of a take it or leave it feeling about them, never felt like it did much but this one... Oh my goodness! Easy to use, each side tells you which side it is and steps to use (1 File, 2 Buff, 3 Smooth, and 4 Shine) and you won't even believe that's your nail when you're done. They make your nails so smooth and shiny and they'll stay that way for awhile too. Even when I painted my nails and used nail polish remover to change the color later on in the week my nails were still just as shiny! I love seeing that nail transformation so much, I even used it on my mom and husband because they have rougher hands and nails than I do and it worked just as well. The price, and getting a 2 pack is great. You won't want to use any other buffer block after using this one.

Buffed nails so well it looks like clear coat of nail polish. Be careful not to buff too roughly or too frequently, since buffing damages and thins out the nail. But my mom has very thick and durable nails, and this would be a once in a blue moon type of thing for her, so I buffed her nails very thoroughly, and they ended up reflecting like mirrors. These buffing blocks are good quality. Each side performs exactly as described, and the filing surfaces are gritty and effective. They hold up well with use and definitely get the job done. However, I do think they’re slightly overpriced. I’ve used comparable buffers that cost about a quarter of the price. So while these are solid, I personally wouldn’t repurchase simply because I try to save everywhere I can.

I usually get a buff and shine when I do my nails at the salon. Recently my nail tech didn't have a buffer available and said she had trouble getting one so I brought my own (this product) to my appointment. Best buff and shine I've ever had in 20 years! Sparkle sparkle ✨️

Works geat! I use all sides except the file, since my glass file works better, but I didn’t get it for that anyway. The buffer works really well.

While the multi-color predecessor was easy to see by color, the black and white version does have easy to read numbers and wording to let you know what side of the block to use in logical steps of 1, 2, 3, and 4. This is PERFECT for travel; it's not metal so TSA or airlines doesn't consider it a threat. Carrying one of these with you gives you the flexibility to take care of emergencies ex: chipped nail, or a complete manicure. I've used this product for years, and recommend this as the perfect all-in-one tool for nail care. I even have my husband using the block for his nails; he prefers the black and white to the fluorescent colors.

My favorite nail file & buffer. This style helps you get short nails filed without cutting into your skin. Metal & crystal files can sometimes be too harsh on the skin when going really short on your nails. They eventually wear out, but that is the nature of this style. They have lasted longer than other similar buffers. Tweezerman = quality I believe. I love their tweezers & nail brush as well.

Tenía ya un taco en las últimas. Busqué uno profesional y di con estos dos tacos, son iguales pero por el precio valen la pena. El taco tiene 4 lados para quien no es profesional y nunca los ha utilizado, por un lado tiene una lima suave para uñas que se ha quebrado un poco para limar la suavemente, tiene oto lado que es una lima gruesa para limar la uña una vez cortada y darle forma, la lima fina te servirá también para eliminar esas esquirlas minúsculas después de limar, hay otro lado que es una lima muy fina para pasar con el corte y suavemente don la parte superior de la uña, que después lavarás la/s uña/s y una vez bien secas, tienes otro lado para sacar brillo o lustrar la parte superior de las uñas y prepararlas para el endurecedor, brillo o pintarlas, según tu rutina. Yo personalmente me doy endurecedor con brillo y después las pinto. Los tacos duran mucho según su uso evidentemente y deja las uñas estupendamente. La relación calidad-precio es excelente y recomiendo los tacos al 100% Si mi valoración te ha servido para considerar su compra, me doy por satisfecha.
