Old school simple is nice
Works great and so much easier to use than the programmable one we had. No we can't change the temp when not home, but we can easily go up or down a few clocks when we get up or go to bed or feel too warm or cold. Nice big numbers and buttons. It is nice to go back to all we really needed and a low cost price. Installing was easy too.

Good Value and Good Looking!
I have put in several high dollar programmable thermostats over the years. All have had issues with connectivity and programming, turned into PIA...Decided to go back to simple T-stat design, so much better. This one was super easy to install and easy to use, just turn the temp up or down. The display window and adjustment buttons are large, making it easy to see what the temp is and adjust. Good quality and easy on the wallet price. I highly recommend.

Easy to use
To program this thermostat is not complicated, it has an off switch , heat, cool and is very easy to program

No light button
This should have a way to turn the light on without changing the temperature in the process but it does NOT.

Themostat is not calibrated... furnace runs for 45 minutes
Stay away from this China made garbage! sending it back.The Bad...it does work properly. It runs the furnace for an hour. The house gets hot...too hot then it doesn't come back on until the house is cold. There are no settings to change this. Sorry I threw out the old thermostat.The Good...The holes to the wall lined up perfectly to the old themostat. The wire markings were the same so it was easy to wire.

The room temperature displayed is 3 deg F high.
This was an easy an install as could be expected replacing your old thermostat. After turning on my furnace and air conditioning I was chagrined to see that the room temperature displayed was seriously in error. That does not effect the ability to regulate the temperature in the room. Right now I am using it to good effect. However, it says the room temperatur is 76F when in fact two other thermomenters right next to it show exactly 73 degrees. So I have to mentally subtract 3 degrees from the display when setting what temperature I want. I would have thought that this would have been a no brainer to build since thermometers sold on Amazon are within 0.2 degrees of each other. I would like to just order another one and just plug it in, but I hesitate because I am guessing they are all inaccurate. I will wait a year and see if a new one gets more accurate.
