Very small little red wagon. It’s maybe big enough for a 1-3 year old to drag around with them. The front wheels do not pivot/turn left and right. but they all rotate how wheels should. It’s a cute little wagon and perfect for babies! It can hold a few toys. It’s made out of strong plastic. It’s cute! When delivered it comes with the handle already attached.

Purchased this for my toddler grandson. He loves it! Perfect size for him to pull around and he can sit in it too for rides. I’d purchase again
