Good DYI Tools
These worked great on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler that is loaded with plastic clips and rivets. My only complaint is that the gun leaves the rivets about 3/16" long. This isn't an issue for a DYI occasional user since it's easy enough to cut them flush but wouldn't be tenable for professional use.

Works great with plastic rivets
I would use my regular rivet gun for plastic rivets and it would never pull the stem hard enough and/or the stem would become stuck in the gun. Bought this kit and the rivet gun works amazing with plastic rivets. For some reason the first one I did, the stem was stuck and I had to disassemble the gun but after that I didn't have any issues. Bonus is the pry tool that's included

Awesome But Why Needed?
Subaru seems to think plastic buttons to secure engine components is an ok thing. It’s not.But, if you have a Subaru and the maintenance guys forgot to connect things back together properly, as they will, something like this is really useful.
