I have always wanted a pair of Frye boots just out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised to catch these on sale. They are amazing. Smell soooo good like leather should. They are heavy duty made and they fit perfectly. I can wear them all day and I am picky about comfortable shoes. The black lace-up has a dominatrix - sexy - GI Jane vibe to it which I am liking! It is a step outside of my normal zone of fashion. I will be watching for more Frye boots on sale!

Fits true to size. I wear a 6.5 but a lot of times I have to size up to a 7 because they’re to narrow on my foot. I ordered 6.5 and these are perfect even with a semi thick sock. I have small calves and was hoping with the zipper and laces I’d get a good fit, I was not disappointed. These are beautiful and exactly what I wanted!

First off: I consistently wear a size 6 (Euro 36) in most quality brands. I had to size up to 7 in these—yet they are barely longer than my 6’s in other brands and the arch hits in the same spot as a 6.Pros: the leather is sturdy and breaks in well. I’ve found the boots comfortable with thinner wool socks and skinny jeans in temps from 30-65°. If you prefer less cushion in your shoes, these are ideal with good balance.Cons: the zipper pulls are shoddy. One broke within a month of purchase, which is pretty pathetic for nearly $400 boots. And sending them in for repair at the onset of winter is a pain.

I love the Frye tall lace boots. I purchased a larger size because these boots are narrow to get into. It’s best to purchase a size larger than your average size . My size 8 or 8.5 I purchased a 9 for a better fit Thank you!!! Hope this helps…

I love these boots! I ordered them in a half size larger than I usually wear and they are perfect. They require no breaking in. They are very comfortable and I can wear them with leggings, or go riding in them. I have ordered plenty of boots that I had to return because they did not fit properly. But these are perfect! I am going to order in another color as well.

The left one fits great. The right one is a bit different. Not sure if it's a manufacturer defect but it is very difficult to get in. I've even had to undo the zipper and laces to get it on.

Fry boots are one of the highest quality boots you can buy. I have several pair, including this pair in both black and brown. They are comfortable, sturdy, can go from casual, to the office, to a date, to a party.

Very comfortable, look good, perfect fit, wouldn't mind having same with a 2"- 3" heel (like on Sabrina, Karen or Savannah Combat)

These boots are SO GORGEOUS BUT, the US size 8 which should fit a UK 6 was more like a UK 4. I was absolutely GUTTED & had to return them. My feet are actually a UK 5.5/EU 38 & I have x3 other pairs of Frye boots in US 7.5 & 8; I never imagined that these boots could fit SO SMALL!!!

Beautiful leather and very comfortable. I was hoping to finally find a pair of boots that would fit my smaller calves. However, even when laced as tight as possible still a bit to big. I am a size 9
