I have had fallen arches since I was at school,about 60 Years ago, but I was actually looking for relief from a deep corn on the sole of my foot. I thought an arch support might throw my weight more to the left and help a little bit.It didn't help just a little bit. Walking has not been as comfortable as this for decades! Amazing!

I am amazed of how effective this product is. I have plantar fasciitis and very painful feet, these insoles are so comfortable and easily fit into my hiking boots and slip in pumps with no cutting to size.After a day or two of wearing I was able to walk pain free and with comfort. I bought for a size 6 shoe and didn’t have to cut to size.I was so impressed I bough another pair so I didn’t have to swap them between different shoes.Would definitely recommend.

I have high arch that causes me a lot of ankle and knee pain, sometimes even swallowing.. It is hard to find the perfect shoes that supports the arch so I tried these insoles in my regular shoes instead and it reduced the pain so much! It perfectly supports my arch, distributes and minimizes pressure in the foot that makes me confident again in longer walks. The difference is big! I ordered size 6/7 and it is true to size. I ordered these insoles as I was getting chronic pain in my hip, knee and shin plus my ankle was going over. Since I put them in my shoes, the relief has been enormous. I can walk better, am free from pain and have no more sleepless nights. I can put them into different shoes and although they make my shoes little tighter, it is worth it to be free of pain and discomfort. I was very unsure at first whether or not the insoles would make much different but I have been proved wrong and would definitely recommend to others.

I have flat feet and for years had problems i e cramps in the arches big toe sprains etc ive tried many types of supports over the years but this the best they fitted as expected and immediatly i found comfort and better walking also they have helped with my posture as well i throughly reccommned them.

These do give support, though I am not sure they are quite right for my feet. I feel the arch could be a little further forward. It's just not quite in the right place, which is really disappointing for me. They do fit in my shoe perfectly though.I am sure they would be perfect otherwise! 😔

My son says they are very comfortable in his shoes. Not complained about his feet hurting since wearing these. I purchased a pair for his school shoes and his football boots.

Having previously broken my right knee, then having more issues 4 years ago I was given a diagnosis of arthritis. Recently I have had really bad pain in the soft tissue on the outside of the leg. I have flat feet and bought some of these insoles in hope they would help. Within 30 minutes my pain was reduced, they're comfortable to wear. I now have 3 pairs of the red insoles and another of the blue ones.I can't say if they'd help everyone but for me they've been amazing
