Gentle and effective. Easy to swallow.
You might have to do a little trial and error. For adults, instructions say 1-3 tablets ( very small, easy to swallow) one might not be enough for a good movement, three might have you running (no pun intended) to the BR at a marathon pace. My body responds to two consistently. (I am not a doctor, I don’t play one on TV, don’t even like TV doctor programs.)

These were used when I was preparing for my colonoscopy. They helped the process and I have since used when I was feeling constipated. They work well. They are easy to take and have no bad taste or texture. I did not have any side effects, however I tolerate things very well. I am glad I had to purchase so as to have them for any further issues.

They work. They may sometimes cause cramping but they do work, usually overnight. You’re not going to have to run to the restroom or anything unless you take like 3 of them. As a nurse I can tell you that this is what is frequently prescribed in hospitals. MiraLAX is a better alternative for regulation because it doesn’t mess with your electrolytes and is gentler. Be advised these are for occasional use only. May become physiologically dependent.

For medical reasons I take pain meds which can make you constipated! When it gets bad this product really works and in the time frame advertised, which is a definite plus! As with all medications please keep them locked up from children, or anyone else who would abuse them!
