As a semi-pro Home and Personal Chef, I often have a number of offerings in various serving trays and chafers. I'm very satisfied with these place cards. I wanted them because during the Christmas holiday, we have 13 people (our 8 plus extended family) and depending on attendance, who sits where changes on a meal-to-meal basis.I like that they're in a tidy little enclosed box that I can put in a drawer in the dining room until I want to use them again next time. I'll probably leave the stands assembled and put them in a baggie.Just one recommendation - look at the picture on Amazon before assembling the stand. I assumed that I would slide the two pieces directly onto the wood, but it wasn't symmetrical. So I looked at the picture on Amazon and saw that the pieces connect TOGETHER and then you rest the chalkboard onto the stand. My mistake, but I did very slightly scratch one of the boards in the process of figuring out the stand.I also wish that I could purchase an extra three boards, but at this price, I could have purchased two sets. I just decided not to. The youngest three kids tend to sit in the same spots anyway.

I use these little chalkboards in my bakery display case. I am very pleased with this product. I am able to use a damp cloth to clean them and reuse them without smearing and smudging. In addition to that they go together easily and come apart for cleaning just as easily. This product turned out to be better than I had originally hoped for. In addition, they look very nice inside my display case, giving it they dressed up classy look while leaving you comfortable wild looking at and reading about the products

I was thinking I could use liquid chalk on this but I can't. It's literally just a piece of wood with a black rectangle painted in the middle. Not a chalkboard by any means. It's NOT 4x3 inches. It's barely 3 inches across it's wider side. Slightly sturdy as in it won't break if I try to snap it in half. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Came with two pieces of chalk, awkward to write with since it's so small. I need something a little more lasting.Gave it 3 stars because it'll do, just not like I thought it would. They are cute though.

I bought these for I.D. Tags for my jewelry displays at craft shows. I highly recommend this product to my fellow craft artists for their show displays, The are perfect, sturdy and cute! Just the right size to place in front of individual items as price tags or for identifying a group of pieces in your collection. Excellent price too!

These are great little boards for the price and just what I needed - but make sure your expectations are correct. The boards themselves are very thin and the "stands" are paperboard. The blackboard finish is thin, and it probably won't hold up to too many "rewrites" but still, they look nice and are definitely functional.

This is by far such a great idea and they look so cute. We have used them several times, which is one of the nice parts, you can use it over and over. Love this product!
