I bought the exact same set that I got from my physical therapist but at a cheaper price. I needed a new set because I accidentally threw my first set away. They work as expected.

These bands certainly create resistance for exercizing. Good value for the price.

Did not last too long. After just a few weeks of normal use most of them broke.
