I’ve not had this chair for too long but I think it feels quite sturdy. The quality is really good.It was so easy to assemble, I did it alone and I think it took me maybe 10-15 minutes?The cushions are adjustable which I like, as is the height. The wheels roll easily too. I moved the cushions to my liking and now my posture feels better. I use the chair for working or if I’m just using my laptop. I find it comfortable to sit on for hours. Very happy w my purchase

Really great chair, I can’t fault it. Very comfy and a good price for a gaming chair. I found the cushion that rests on the chair seat rather uncomfortable so I just kept that that off. Very happy with it. Easy and simple instructions to follow, took less than an hour to put together.

Overall the chair is great. The sturdiness and the comfort is all great. Just lack few more degrees of the flexibility of leaning backside. We can lean till 120° but if it would have been a bit more then it would have been great.The another main point is that the main base cushion where we sit is large but the cushioning property is bit weak as I sit for long time it just get smashed and I feel pain sometimes.Other than that everything else is great.

I've used this product for nearly a year and I still love it! There are some wear and tear on the arms but as expected for it almost being a year old. I've taken off the 2 pillows as I found the were a little uncomfortable but other than that it's a great comfy chair.

Liked: comfortable, lower back and neck support, moves smoothly and easy height adjustment.Disliked: Arm rests unmovable and set a bit too low.

I just love this chair. It's very comfy, the back support is just tops, the adjustable arms are so easy to use and most brilliantly it's exactly the right height for me to be able to sit at my desk properly AND still have my feet on the floor. Having not been graced with very long legs, this is a first for me, usually having to perch my legs in the most comfortable position I could find. This also helps with the back... feet on floor and back support just where I need it.My only niggle is that the head rest doesn't come down as far as I need, but I can still pull it down when I want to have a break and sit back for a while.It arrived in record time and was easy to assemble, even for this old crock, though two pairs of hands will make even lighter work of it. I highly recommend it and only ditched one star from the support because of the head rest niggle, but other than that, I'd definitely buy another if I needed to.

It took longer to unpack and unwrap the parts than it did to assemble the whole chair.That said, I had to return it after just 4 hours use !The hydrolic stem is too short so the chair cannot raise high enough.The seat is too short so doesn't adequately support under your thigh.The arms are also too short - I think this was designed for kids or people shorter than 5' 8".The seat is quite hard so you'll need a good cushion.Recline doesn't work at all, but still adequate for normal desk/computer use, though NOT comfortable for chilling/watching movies.NOT REAL LEATHER !! (according to manufacturers website - don't be fooled by Amazon misrepresenting again).Impossible to slouch, recline or relax.£20 P&P is way overpriced, so really it's an £80 chair which is still cheap (your not going to get quality at this price), still, probably good for 5 years though.Overall, very disappointing, after 4 hors trying to like this I returned it !
