Great product

Received one pack opened and leaked onto other package. Printer wouldn’t recognize them at first. Had to go through a few times to get them to work. Not a bad product for the price just wish they were more careful about packaging.

One color leaked a little. Everything worked good

Starink was a great price for my replacement ink cartridges. They all worked, except the Black cartridge. I followed the installation and troubleshooting instructions, but it would not fix the problem because my printer could not work without it. I tried many times and ways to contact them, but they had no phone number listed. I contacted Amazon and they immediately arranged for a complete replacement and got it to me at no charge, as they did with the return of the problem cartridges. All I had to do was bring it to any UPS with the barcode sheet I could print on my laser printer. The new cartridges came a day later, but the black cartridge was not recognized by the color printer again. Luckily I had the old black cartridge that I inserted and then the printer worked fine. If only Starink had a phone number to call, maybe I could have avoided a lot of stress and fixed the problem while speaking to them. Unless they do that, I am sorry but I will not buy from them again. The money I saved in cartridges was not worth the aggravation. It's too bad because ALL the others work fine and produce beautiful color copies of text and photos.
