I am a Chinese owning a Japanese Sushi restaurant.When I run my Sushi or any roll food restaurant the quality of Nori really takes a big role in my profit.Usually, the total cost for the sushi fillings is much more expensive compared to nori. However, there are a lot of low-quality nori which usually breaks into pieces when you roll or cut it and ruin the whole thing.I have tried many cheaper nori to reduce the cost, but unfortunately most of them are low-quality Nori and I realized I end up losing more.The one I keep using cost almost 2 times than this Nori and I keep trying to buy cheaper Nori whenever I saw a new brand, and finally I found this one.I purchased without any expectation, and surprisingly I got same quality of nori with cheaper price.I have used 1 pack of 140gr and planning to try the pack of 130gr.

This nori is great for sushi and topping. I've used it quite a bit since I purchased, and it is definitely up to par for what I would expect from nori.

Its good... I added to udon soup...mh. Though just need somespice.

Delicious seaweed and nice resealable packaging, keeping the seaweed fresh. The texture is also very good, does not crack easily when making the rolls.

I was told that seaweed is very good for snacking on. Well, this brand or particular seaweed is not meant for that. It tasted fishy and didn't have the texture that I was looking for. I'll just make sushi with it.

My wife loves making spam musubi for when we go out on trips. I, on the other hand, prefer making sushi at home -- either cut rolls or hand rolls. For both purposes, these seaweed sheets hold up well and taste like... seaweed."Premium", eh? Sure. They are strong and did not flake like some cheap ones we tried long time ago. They tasted good and had a nice, subtle crunch.Worth the cost? If you live near an Asian market -- like Korean, Japanese, or Chinese ones -- similar sets can be had for far less. If you do not live near one, your choices are limited.For what we made these sheets with, these were good. Just too pricey for us since they are cheaper at the local markets.
