It’s quite loud I use ear plugs to protest hearing plus my broke in first three months so quite disappointing quality

Can the brushes in the motor be replaced and are they available?

They can but they are not easily accessible like some brushed motor tools. A compotent person would be able to remove the cover and replace. Currently no stock in the UK which I would read as no one has ever needed or asked for them but they will be available to order in from Germany.
