I used this for some hand sewing, worked fine. I just passed it through once just to give the thread a light coating of wax. I have other projects including some beading projects and believe this wax will come in handy. The only thing is typical of these plastic holders not sure if they will stay secure as they tend to come apart so I'm putting some tape on the holder seams to keep the two plastic pieces together.

This product was as described and makes floss so much easier to use. The quality was excellent and I have shared it with so many people. I liked it so much I plan to place an additional order. Definitely worth the price!

I have trouble threading needles. Slipping the thread thru the wax a few time makes it sturdy and easier to slip into the needle. Couldn’t live without it!
