We all know that the key to weight loss is cutting out carbs and sugars you can deny if you want to but that's the reality, you know it and I know it ... Rip Van makes a great product that helps us sugar addicts, if that's your hang up and it has been mine,... To Segway into better eating and burning clean. These are delicious and at this point are sweet to me on the very rare occasions that I actually do have them now because I've made a lot of progress. I strongly suggest that you take advantage of this product line to help you get to a better version of yourself. I deserve it, you deserve it, we owe it to ourselves. And remember to stick to your routines.

My son has Celiac Disease and can eat these with no issues. He loves them! If you are Gluten Free….. these are a must!

These are a decent gluten free snack with some caveats. They have the correct texture and flavor of a stroopwafel, caramel and a mere hint of cinnamon. They can be warmed by placing over a mug of coffee or in the microwave for 10 secs. The caveat is that they're made with a considerable amount of inulin syrup in place of caramel, which is natural and low carb and prebiotic and high fiber, etc., and it even tastes good. But inulin causes bloating and flatulence in many people, and I have that experience with this product.

This cookie is very sweet, and I prefer crunchy coolies. I gave the rest of my cookies to my neighbor. It is very very hard to find gluten free, low sugar cookies!
