Ever since i’ve been using this knob, it rattles as the vehicle vibrates. it’s pretty infuriating. are the bearings adjustable? can open to fix it?

I took out the bearing & replaced them with the bearings from my previous spinner knob -- so yes, they're removable.

Will this work on a truck steering wheel that is smaller than normal radius and a bit difficult to turn?? (My arm is weaker from a stroke)

It comes with 3 different sets of screws, short, medium, and long lengths. It is very likely one set of screws will meet your needs. My application was on a fat padded leather steering wheel and the longest screws were perfect - the opposite of what you need. I can't imagine a steering wheel so small the shortest screws wouldn't work.

Will this fit over a steering wheel cover?

mine fits under the steering wheel cover and it also has rubber pluss thee screw sizes

When you're using it, does it make squeaky sounds?
