16 inches on a Harley Fat Boy
Love it, I’m 6’3 with a 36 inseam and some long arms and it helped out with my 2006 Fatboy with being more upright, bars sit shoulder level for me I recommend 14s if your shorter than 6’0 but then again comfortable is a opinionated and I can’t judge for you. Love the company and the bars tho

Missing the inside mount
It only came with one mount so made the bars kinda useless I’m pissed

Perfect set of Ape Hangers!
The chrome on these bars looks great. The tree huggers fit nice and low next to the triple tree (hence the name). The bar is a nice chubby 1.5" diameter and looks great on my 2012 fatboy. The internal clamping can be a little of a challenge to get the bolt started in but a little tape to hold it in place before you try to set the bars down on the triple tree and it goes pretty smoothly. There is a lot of adjustment you can make to the position of the bar up/down so there shouldn't be any issues with most riders getting the bars in a position that is comfortable for them. The handle bar at the triple tree is the same width as the triple tree and the spacers have the bars sitting about 1/2" above the triple tree so it make for a very clean look.Overall a great set of nice looking bars that I initially purchased with some concerns but I am happy to report that I am very pleased with the quality and ease of installment and how awesome they look installed!

Back and forth movement is very limited.
I like my apes totally vertical no angle.inside picture are bars fully foward stock bushings.outside picture are bars fully foward with la choppers 10degree bushings i bought after contacting la choppers.The only movement these bars have are on the tank or my lap.la choppers were no help at all. I sent them the same pic and they said thats normal.

you won't be disappointed!
Mounted these beast's on my 2012 HD FatBob and completely changed the looks and comfort of the bike. Get looks and compliments everywhere I go. If you're on the fence, make the leap, you won't be disappointed!
