This laptop had been durable and lively with me for 3-4 years now. It has gone through school & starting a side business with me. It hold a lot of data, light weight, easy to use & sooo cute! This is a perfect gift for a child/teen or someone in school!

Overall I think it’s a very good computer. It took a while to start up, and it was working a little slow at first. But after I turned it off and restarted it, it worked perfectly fine. Hi downloaded chrome on it instead of using Microsoft and it works great. The color is very beautiful, it came with all the pieces it was supposed to, and it helped you set it up in the beginning. It has an HDMI plug socket so you can hook it up to TVs and things, and it’s perfect for what I bought it for. School, and just every day use . I definitely recommend

The laptop looks very pretty in person. My only issue is that it is a little slow .

Bought for my granddaughter. I would buya higher priced one next time. She out grewthis one in about 2 months.

Pros: Laptop looks great, very durable and sleek.Cons: Overall functionality of this device sucked. To power this thing on, the button has to be either pressed and held for an extended amount of time or pressed repeatedly until it powers on. Some of the keys on the left side of the keyboard have to be pressed extremely hard for them to work. The computer seems to forget my password and forces me to create a new one every other week. When browsing on the internet, multiple new tabs just randomly pop up on their own, and it lags every single use. The battery life sucks. I absolutely do not recommend. Not a good buy even if your on a budget.

The media could not be loaded. Laptop meet my expectations in terms of it's built in features and functionality. Its high quality screen, keyboard works well, battery charge hold for hours. Product the same as advertise..love it!!

Depends on the purpose, keyboard didn’t work ever, had to sit in tech support with HP. Kept getting kicked out. After 6 days returned and bought a priced model. You get what you pay for !!!!! I’ve owned other HP’s they were great but 250$ is 250$. You get what you get.
