I bought these collars for our three dogs and the quality is excellent! Customer service is excellent also. I had made a mistake on my order form and the company contacted me before putting through the order. Very impressive! For size references, I bought XS for our two miniature poodles who each weight 15 lbs and the buckle fastens on the second hole. For our 20 lb terrier mix I bought an S and that was also a perfect fit with the buckle fastening on the second hole. The colors are true to how they appear online. Very nice!

I have been ordering from this company for over 10 years! I've ordered for 4 different dogs in the last 10 plus years and the quality is still fantastic! They hold up for many years before the name / phone number starts to fade a little bit.For the price, they are more than worth it. After a while of use, the leather softens up and is more comfortable for my fur baby. They are beautiful quality!!Be sure to follow the size information when ordering. If your animal's neck measures 12 inches, then select the size that it recommends for that measurement. It will fit them fine!I love the variety of color choices. Since I've had female dogs that I have purchased them for, I always go with the pink color so people would assume that the dog is a girl.I highly recommend these collars - they do a beautiful job with customizing them!! And I love that my dogs don't have anything hanging down from their collar that clanks when they drink their water from the water dish, or when they are eating their food. Bonus!!

My sister kept losing my dog's collar. This 1 is so big, it's hard to lose now!!! I love it!

Have ordered several and they always arrive promptly. The personalization is always accurate and well done. It holds up well over time. My only complaint is my gremlin has gottan a little tubby so we went from the extra small to the small and I don't like the width. I needed more length around her neck (on the last hole of the extra small) but in addition to being longer, is quite a bit wider. It seems to bother her more as she scratches trying to get under it.

Ordered wrong size and they kindly gave me the money back once I reordered correct size. Good quality collar and looks good on my pup.

Durable, great quality, lasts a long time. I replace my dog’s collar every 2 years but honestly I don’t have to because they hold up so well! I couldn’t tell the old one from the new one! The print is always clear and I love the design. We put our dog’s name and my number. It helped him get returned home when he got away from us once. I truly love this collar and have ordered it 3 times. I get the xs for my 8.5 lb chiweenie.

Really nice quality leather and good imprinting on it with our pups info. The first one I ordered was too small (NOTE: take into account for the length overlap of the buckles area when ordering!) and they stood by their guarantee and refunded me for the too small collar, once I reordered and paid for the new one at a size larger.

It's a nice looking collar but it's NOT real leather, with leather being defined as the sling of an animal. It is synthetic and the color was staining my fingers as soon as I took the collar out of the package. I am disappointed.
