Comfortable, actually works for my knee pain which was around the soft spot beside the knee cap. I put it on while getting ready for work and didn’t have to mess with it all day. I had a knee sleeve with the knee cap cut out and plastic side supports that I had to keep pulling up. This did not move all day. It reduced my knee pain greatly. No more limping around. Couldn’t be happier with it. Like I say, probably won’t work on ALL knee pain but if you do have the type of knee pain it works on I think you’ll love it.

A good product to use on a daily bases that supports the knee

These Patella Tendon Knee Straps (2 pack) have been really helpful for my workouts. I started using them because I was experiencing knee pain when I began weight training at home. Since I started wearing them before every workout, the discomfort has significantly improved and I no longer feel that pain during exercise. They provide good support and stay in place while training. Now I use them every day before my home workouts as part of my routine. They are simple but effective and have made a big difference for me. I would definitely recommend them if you need extra knee support during exercise.
