Genuine cartridges are the way to
We have tried recycled cartridges sold by one of our vendors with inconsistent results. Some would need to be shaken to avoid premature streaking and others left ink marks that required a trip from a technician to clean out the inside of the printer to correct. When we went back to genuine HP cartridges those problems ended. We went from being on a first name basis with our tech to not having him in the office in seven months.

This is the high capacity tonner,You can get a refilled ones from other brands, but it might cause damage to your printer, as the mechanics, of the cartridge, was not designed to rotate a second, third or more times 24K pages, and they reuse the core.If leaks you can call HP for replacement.The 4 starts is because they are overpriced

Genuine HP 64X cartridge
The genuine HP cartridge works great in my HP LaserJet P4015N. The high capacity lasts more than twice as long as the regular 64 cartridge. I tried a refurbished 64X but got lots of smears and smudges. More money for an HP brand but worth the extra to have a clean finished product!

Not for P4014 HP printer
When I ordered I read and was under the impression it was a longer life version of the 64A cartridge. I ordered it to have on hand when my current 64A ran out and just went to install and it does NOT fit, I went back to see if I could return but it's past the return date. When I reread the description before I planned to call and complain it no longer lists the information that I had read and does not state that it fits my printer P4014. What the heck! Out the $ I guess. Bad deal!

X is the way to go
We print a lot. Not just a lot, but A LOT! We have used the A cartridges and they seem to be the cheaper buy only at the price, but overall cost of use the X is the way to go. If you print 20 pages a month then buy an A cartridge (such as 64A) but if you print more than a ream of paper in a month then go the route of an X cartridge (64X).We buy HP for the known quality and we have been happy.

Oem is the only way to go.
Ill never buy a rem Toner cart. The oem is the way to go. Ive had too many rem cartridges go bad while in the printer and its not worth the savings. Oem from now on. plus the X goes alot farther then the A for HP's

Black Toner loose in sealed cartridge bags, covering everything and spewing toner all over printer
Dreadful quality, loose toner in both sealed bags of cartridges and spewing toner all over printers. Really feel badly let down.
