What an awesome brine. Super easy to put together. Directions are very straight forward. I was skeptical because I did not want the bird to be too salty but it was perfect. Very flavorful and moist. I smoked the turkey & it was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. Will definitely buy again.

Keep going this was easy to use I cooked a turkey in my Crock-Pot with a Crock-Pot liner and used this to brine it. Turned out great!

This kit includes everything you need to brine a turkey. It was easy to do, but didn't quite add as much flavor as I thought it would. Since nearly every turkey that you find at the grocery store is alreay pre brined with a salt solution, I believe is what limits the flavor that a seasoned brine can impart. If you can fine a fresh un-brined turkey then this would probably be much better. I thought about using it on chickens but have yet to do so.

First time using this product. It has a very traditional flavor, we cooked a 13 lbs bird I soaked it overnight, then I rinsed it twice in tap water. I screwed up and used the turkey bag to cook it in, I should have just followed the instructions and basted it with butter. It only took 2:30 hours to cook, the bird was done perfectly and was very moist.I highly recommend trying this, again it has a traditional taste, sage etc…

This turkey brine gives you a tender and flavor-filled turkey. It even makes the turkey drippings taste wonderful. The bag will hold most any size turkey. Last year we had a 23-pound bird, and this year we went with a 13-pound bird. Try this. You won't regret it!
