Straight out of the box my, not quite 3 year old, granddaughter dressed both dolls and began roll playing a conversation between them. 20 minutes playing by herself. The magnets are strong enough to keep the clothes in place while pretending but not so strong that little fingers can’t remove them easily. This would be a great toy for restaurants or waiting rooms with adult participation. Well made and worth the cost.

My only problem is that ours is missing “Joey”. I bought this to encourage my son and daughter to play together and now I can’t even exchange it as I had hoped. It’s a beautifully made product. I suppose I’ll still give it to my daughter as is and I’m sure she will love it, but I’m very disappointed to have such a key piece missing AND then not being able to exchange. The whole idea was to have something for both kids to play with together. I’m just disappointed.

Ordered these for my really creative granddaughter for her 5th birthday. She loves board games & interactive play; but I wanted something she didnt need another person for, in order to play. She LOVES these! Picking out the outfits, she had each character talking to each other: "Have you seen my hat?" & "Do you know where my sunglasses are?" The idea that as "paper dolls" the clothes actually stay on the dolls makes them awesome to pick up & actually play once theyre dressed. Its a great diversion from the tv games- & really gets her to be more imaginative & inter-active. Thank you Imagination Generation!!

Cute, and has several decent clothing options, but not as many as you think (as the number of pieces include a bunch of tiny accessories like shoes, hats, etc). But if you're kid is good at being silly and isn't super specific about stuff, you can make it work.We liked this because you could easily swap clothes to boys and girls and show a boy or girl could be/wear anything. For those interested, there are only 2 'girl' outfits if I remember correctly.

My nephew loves puzzles, wearing costumes and anything he can build with his hands. This covers all of that. These sturdy "paper dolls" are actually like wooden puzzle pieces and the came with lots of magnetic clothes for lots of mix and match fun.

I gave this a 5 star before I even gave the magnetic dolls as a gift to a 3 year old because my granddaughter played with her's until she was 9 yrs old. I went to the party and when the little girl opened ALL of her presents, this is the ONLY one she played with. Kept her and her 4 year old male cousin busy the whole time. Great "hands on" toy for imagination and skill building.

We bought this set for our 4-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves playing with dolls and dressing them up, but sometimes has trouble getting the arms in dresses. She loves the way she can create different outfits easily. It is a little early to gauge durability, but she has used them a lot so far with no problems or wearing of the colors.
